I want my blogs to make money.  Maybe you do too.  Have you tried to Google “how to monetize your blog?”  The results are astounding and it’s hard to tell which articles are legit and which are just blah.  When I started down the path to building my small blogging business, I knew that I would have to make an investment, but it’s not easy figuring out what the good deals are; which is why I have this blog.

The Blog Bank is a STEAL OF A DEAL

I purchased The Blog Bank last spring, because I wanted to learn ways to monetize my blog.  On my first read through, I saw several things that picqued my interest.  On my second read through – I realized that this book is a steal given all the information that it offers.  I immediately started putting the suggestions to practice and saw great results in my blog.  I’ve referenced this book so many times that I had to print out a new copy recently; the original is too beat up.

The Blog Bank showed me how to get published on Digital Photography School

Thanks to Stepfanie Cuevas, I’ve been published four times in Digital Photography School.  I followed one of her suggestions and it panned out; quickly.  You wouldn’t believe the traffic I got from just my first post.  What I like about the book is that she explains each of her suggestions and gives us an estimate of what each step will bring in money wise.  By the time you’re finished with her book, you’ll have a plan for your blogging and you’ll have an estimate of how much your blog will make each month.

The Blog Bank if PERFECT for Novice Bloggers

This is a great kick off book if you’re looking to learn how to monetize your blog.  I know from personal experience that it’s easy to become overwhelmed with all the suggestions out there and Stepfanie gives us an easy to read book for a great price that brings results.

Of course, there are other things that will help, search engine optimization, keyword research, great content – The Blog Bank is a great start, it’ll give you ideas of things that will work for you and your blog to get you started with monetizing your blog.

    This is the first year that I have had a blog that earns money. I signed up for social spark and I’ve gotten some great chances to work with brands that I support. I would be interested in getting a copy of this book down the line.

      Isn’t it fun. I checked out Social Spark, but didn’t think it was for me; I really need to carve out sometime to really check it out. The Blog Bank is great, because there are ideas I didn’t think of, plus I had no idea how to get started and this book explained what I needed to do :)
